You may opt-out of email communication with us at any time by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of emails sent by us. If there is an error with the link, please email us directly at lrmai@fhcsd.org and include “OPT-OUT” in the subject line.

By providing us your email address, you consent to our use of your email address to send you Site and service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. We may also use your email address to send you other messages, including, but not limited to, newsletters, information on campus activities, programs and events, legal updates, changes to features of our Sites or services or other account information. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before sending you specific types of email or other communications.

You can choose not to receive such emails from us by “unsubscribing” using the instructions in any email you receive from us, or by sending a written request to the postal or email address set out below. It may take up to thirty (30) business days for us to process your request. Opting out does not affect our communications with you via telephone or mail nor does it affect our use of your non-personally identifiable information as described in this Notice.

Emails and Social Media Sites

If you correspond with us by email, mail or via social media, we may retain the content of your communication or social media posting, the email or social media account address from which it is sent and our response. We collect information automatically using technology when you visit our website or social media pages or when you open one of our emails as described in this Notice.

We may post links to third-party websites that are not operated by us. These third-party websites are not screened for privacy or security compliance by LRMAI, and you release us from any liability for the conduct of these third-party websites. These third-party sites include, but are not limited to, Microsoft, PayPal, MailChimp and Classe365.

All social media sharing links, either displayed as text links or social media icons, do not connect you to any of the associated third parties, unless you explicitly click on them.

Please be aware that this Privacy Policy, and any other policies in place, in addition to any amendments, does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to members of the Service or Site.

LRMAI bears no responsibility for the information collected or used by any advertiser or third-party website. Please review the privacy policy and terms of service for each site you visit through third party links.

Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, LRMAI may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Security Measures

We use the SSL/HTTPS protocol throughout our Site. This encrypts our user communications with the servers so that personal identifiable information is not captured/hijacked by third parties without authorization.

In case of a data breach, system administrators will immediately take all needed steps to ensure system integrity, will contact affected users and will attempt to reset passwords if needed.

Embedded Content

Pages on this Site may include embedded content, like YouTube videos, for example. Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you visited another website.

LRMAI does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.

If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
